  • I am a current resident of The Reserve At First Colony the staff is superb management is great and the food is fantastic. I’ve been here over a year and it’s been very pleasant and great 50-year-old man that’s about 6 feet and 200 pounds and they’re able to help me on a daily basis, great staff very friendly and kind very good director too. She’s on top of it and very receptive to new ideas and concerns. we also have a piano program every Sunday, which is very pleasant and entertaining for the residence! I love it here. It’s a great place for your loved one.

  • Cathy at The Reserve at First Colony was absolutely wonderful to work with. She helped us navigate care options for my mother-in-law with so much compassion and professionalism. She provided a thorough tour, answered all of our questions, and made us feel supported throughout the entire process. Cathy was thoughtful, caring, and incredibly knowledgeable. We truly appreciated the time and attention she gave our family during such an important decision. Highly recommend! The facility is beautiful and newly renovated.

  • I’ve been to The Reserve at First Colony Assisted Living and I have to say, everyone there is so nice, professional, and truly caring for their residents. You can really feel the difference in how the staff treats people. One thing I thought was amazing is that they even have fall detectors in the residents’ rooms, which gives an extra layer of safety and peace of mind. It’s clear they go above and beyond to make sure their residents are safe and well taken care of.
