  • The Courtyards was such an amazing place. I could not have anywhere else I would have wanted my father to live his finial days. They were so loving to not just him but to my whole family. We were always greeted with a smile. They were all about treating him with love and respect. Especially when his dementia got to the end stages. I never had to worry about anything. I knew he was very well taken care of. All of the staff had hearts for their jobs & it showed for everyone. They all just were so caring. I have a high regard and respect for all of them. I will always recommend anyone to them.

  • KaSandra was so helpful and courteous. Answered all our questions and took her time with us. We didn’t feel rushed and we felt at ease with our loved one staying there. Tommy, cook, was also very helpful. He took the time to speak to our loved one and asked questions about his favorite meals. Our loved has NEVER complained about the meals and always speaks highly of both KaSandra and Tommy. We would definitely refer to this facility in Odessa as long as KaSandra is there.

  • The director KaSandra Lee is very accessible and great because with her team the facility is well run. She has listening ears and works with everyone to grow and acquire the skills they need to advance. With her, there is room for growth. The caregivers love what they do and really do take care of the residents. I will recommend the facility to everyone because it is "Home away from Home" for residents and there is opportunity for workers to advance in their career.
