Cima Senior Living is excited to announce Romie Galvan, LVN, CDP, as our President of Operations, bringing decades of leadership in senior living operations, clinical oversight, and team development to the Cima team. Romie will oversee operations across all Cima communities, with a focus on care, team building, and culture.

Prior to joining Cima, Romie served as Senior Regional Clinical Manager at Sonida Senior Living, where she was responsible for overseeing 25+ communities nationwide. She is a licensed vocational nurse, certified dementia practitioner, and U.S. Army veteran with a deep commitment to service and care.
