The recognition highlights Cima's portfolio-wide deployment of CareLife's real-time fall-detection monitoring system, which has been installed across all Cima communities. The technology provides continuous, sensor-based monitoring that detects falls and immediately alerts the care team, reducing response times and adding a critical layer of safety for residents, particularly those in assisted living and memory care.

Since implementation, the system has demonstrated meaningful improvements in fall response times and has provided families with added confidence in the safety of their loved ones' living environment.
