Romie Galvan

Romie Galvan brings more than 25 years of senior living leadership to Cima, with a career defined by turning underperforming communities into places where residents genuinely thrive. Her foundation is clinical. Before moving into executive roles, Romie served as a U.S. Army veteran and traveled the country as a nurse, working in trauma, burn care, rehabilitation, and psychiatric settings. That experience shaped a leader who understands care at its most demanding and brings that standard to every community she oversees. Romie has led operations across organizations including Sava Senior Care and Sonida Senior Living, managing up to 25 communities at a time. She is a Certified Assisted Living Manager, a Certified Dementia Practitioner, and an OSHA Authorized Trainer. Her work has consistently moved occupancy and performance in the right direction, because she believes that operational excellence and genuine care for residents are not separate goals.
