Kristine Dodge brings more than 20 years of human resources and people operations leadership to Cima, with the majority of that experience in healthcare settings including home health, hospital, and urgent care. Her work has centered on building workplace cultures where employees feel supported, where teams are well-led, and where the people doing the hardest jobs have what they need to do them well. She holds the SHRM-SCP designation, the senior professional certification in human resources, and has guided organizations through periods of significant growth and operational change. Kristine grew up in the rural Midwest, and the values that shaped her there, a strong work ethic, genuine care for the people around her, a belief that the details of how an organization treats its team matter as much as any strategy, have stayed with her throughout her career. She came to senior living because it is a field where that philosophy is not just welcome, it is essential.
