Juliana Rocha, MT-BC

Juliana Rocha brings nearly two decades of experience working with older adults to Cima Senior Living. A board-certified music therapist, she has built a career focused on helping those living with dementia, stay connected to their interests, build meaningful relationships, and experience a sense of purpose and belonging in everyday life. As Regional Director of Life Enrichment, she supports community teams in creating programs that honor each resident’s individuality and bring opportunities for connection and joy. Her experience spans clinical practice in Brazil and the United States, as well as national leadership in brain health programming. Juliana specializes in developing and managing life enrichment programs and building the systems that help community teams deliver them consistently. Through staff training, mentorship, and quality assurance reviews, she helps teams strengthen their practice and continually improve the resident experience. Outside of work, Juliana is a proud mom of twin girls and a dog lover with three dogs of her own. Her family keeps life busy and full of personality.
