Jonathan Judd

After a decade working alongside more than 750 senior living communities and healthcare businesses, Jonathan Judd understood what families were really looking for, and how rarely they found it. That experience became the foundation for something new: a brand built from the ground up to be worthy of a family's trust. He named it Cima, from the Spanish word for peak, because that was the only standard worth building toward. Jonathan is the Founder and CEO of Cima Investment Group. Before that, he spent a decade at Healthpeak Properties, a nationally recognized healthcare REIT, working closely with the country's top senior living operators and developing a deep understanding of what makes these communities work at their best. He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, and his background spans private equity, business operations, and hospitality.
