After a decade managing and overseeing more than 750 senior living communities, our founder Jonathan Judd knew exactly what residents need, what families remembered, and where even the best communities fell short. That career-long perspective gave him an intimate understanding of what truly separates an exceptional community from an adequate one.

From that conviction, Cima was born. Jonathan set out to create something he had rarely seen across hundreds of communities, a place where every detail, from the warmth of the greeting at the front door to the genuine smile of a team member who knows a resident by name, is treated as though it matters profoundly. He partnered with the industry's top operational leaders to bring that vision to life, and named it "Cima", meaning "summit", because anything less than extraordinary was never the goal.
